Delivery
All art prints and products are carefully packaged and dispatched from the United Kingdom.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on location.

Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, in line with UK consumer regulations.

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at squorn@squorn-artist.com within 14 days of delivery, quoting your order number.

Returned items must be:

• Unused

• In their original condition

• Securely packaged

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

Non-returnable items
Due to the nature of original artwork, limited editions, and made-to-order art prints:

• Custom or personalised items are non-returnable

• Original artworks are non-returnable, unless damaged in transit

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage so we can resolve the issue promptly.
